One of the organization’s pillars, engineering focuses on the efficient design of mining processes adaptable to different scales of mining operations (small and medium). This includes bringing automation technologies and energy-efficient practices that add value to mining operations, ultimately driving industry growth and paving the way for Mining 4.0. Our approach always considers international standards for best practices, intending to impact stakeholders positively.

This area is responsible for guiding the organization towards a sustainability strategy and ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations for small and medium-scale mining projects, always referencing international standards. We support mining title holders in maintaining their operations, resolving requirements from relevant authorities, and guiding projects toward responsible extraction. Our interdisciplinary team, experienced in obtaining mining and environmental permits, is dedicated to achieving these goals.
